It’s pretty light at about 20lbs, but feels sturdy.

It is a thermoelectric system so it is pretty quite. It is not silent – you may hear a hum, but nothing that would be considered loud. Learn more about Thermoelectric Coolers.

Of course the unit vents from the rear so leaving a few inches of space on all sides is important.

The exterior measurements are: 9.9″W x 20.3″D x 14.1″H.

The interior dimensions are 13 inches deep, 11 inches tall, and 8 inches wide. This should accommodate most regular size bottles without any problem.

There are 2 chrome wire shelves that each hold 2 bottles of wine. The shelves are not adjustable, but they are removable.

There is also a soft light for the interior so you can easily see your wine.

The door is a double-pane insulated glass door which has the digital touchscreen thermostat on the outside (featuring LED display).

The temperature range is 46° – 66ºF.

Haier Wine Cooler ReviewThe only complaint that I have heard is that the door seems light and might not close all the way. You do need to close it, the door is not heavy and will not necessarily close like a conventional refrigerator door. I found no problem with the door suction or the door being left open.

We think this cooler is attractive, stylish, and easy to use. It is perfect either for someone who does not have much wine on hand at any given time, or someone who has a larger collection and likes to keep select bottles handy and ready for serving.

This cooler would also be good for anyone with a basement cellar collection where the storage temperature of their wine is different from the temperature they prefer to serve it.

A couple of things to note that are in the manual:

[/vc_column_text][vc_message color=”alert-block”]When the ambient temperature is 77ºF, the lowest temperature that the cooler can get to is 50-52ºF. When the ambient temperature is 73ºF, the cooler can only reach 46-48ºF. This is pretty standard of any Thermoelectric system.[/vc_message] [vc_message color=”alert-block”]Also, there is a fan filter that needs to be removed and cleaned every 6 months. Going over the fan with a vacuum should be sufficient.[/vc_message] Let us know if you have any questions. We would also love to hear your thoughts on this cooler.
